We founded this company to support the development of small business websites and technologies. Our understanding of your needs as a small business owner are undoubtably the same as ours. We want something to work and be easy to use and maintain. Not only should it work, but in the process you should have the confidence that the company you have helping you is available for questions, feedback, consultation, and to be just another friend on the wire to bounce ideas off of. If you’re website has you pulling your hair out, cussing out the family dog, or speaking in strange incomprehensible tongues to inanimate objects, you’re not working with us.

When you work with 253 Design you not only receive a professional website, but you get your own personal IT consultant for no additional charges! What’s that mean? We won’t nickel and dime you for updates or information. Our job is to build your site with high, yet affordable standards. That could be hours of email-jockeying, meetings, waiting for graphics, social media integration, best practice consultations to assist you in using your site, or even promotion questions. We cover all those and more with our site packages. That’s right, we are pretty much always here and we do a lot of stuff on-the-house. I will say for Dustin’s sake that we don’t always work for free. Realistically, bids and estimates are required some of the time.

You will get our WordPress installation service and we will work together toward getting your initial content online at your pace and on your schedule. We know that you have other things that take up your time…perhaps running your business is one of them. We are here for you and we gladly work at your pace and understand that it may be weeks before you can get back to us. Not a problem! We don’t bill you hourly and we don’t lose your stuff as the weeks roll by. We are here to help you get online for the best price we all can afford! If you need more time, no worries!
